Costa Rica Adventure Tour Day 1. Upon arrival at Liberia International Airport, meet your driver-host for a private transfer to your hotel near Rincón de la Vieja National Park (approx. 1 hour). Settle in and enjoy free time exploring the grounds before joining your guide for an orientation briefing on the week ahead.

Dinner is served buffet-style at the hotel.

Transfer to Arenal & Hanging Bridges

Costa Rica Adventure Tour Day 3. Transfer to the Arenal region (approx. 3 hours), stopping for lunch en route. In the afternoon, explore the Arenal Hanging Bridges, a 5 km network of jungle trails and suspension bridges with panoramic volcano views. Look for monkeys, toucans, and butterflies as you walk among the treetops.

What to bring:

Closed shoes (required), light clothing, rain jacket, insect repellent, camera.

Tip:

Binoculars will make it easier to spot wildlife high in the canopy.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, guided hanging bridges tour with entrance fee, overnight at Volcano Lodge or similar.

Playa Carrillo & Stand-Up Paddleboarding

Costa Rica Adventure Tour Day 5. Transfer to the Pacific coast and the tranquil shores of Playa Carrillo (lunch included en route). In the afternoon, join a stand-up paddleboarding excursion across turquoise waters to an offshore island, where you’ll snorkel among tropical fish and enjoy fresh fruit and drinks on the beach. Dinner tonight is by the ocean.

Focus:

Coastal adventure and first taste of the Pacific.

Locations:

Playa Carrillo, offshore island.

What to bring:

Swimwear, rash guard, reef-safe sunscreen, water shoes, dry bag for valuables.

Tip:

Balance is easier if you keep your eyes on the horizon while paddling.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, SUP and snorkel equipment, guided tour, overnight at a beachfront hotel in Playa Carrillo or similar.

Departure

Costa Rica Adventure Tour Day 7. After breakfast, enjoy a private transfer to Liberia International Airport (approx. 2.5 hours). Please check in at least three hours before your flight.

Farewell journey and final moments of pura vida.

Playa Carrillo to Liberia.
