Nantipa is located in the heart of Santa Teresa, a Costa Rican authentic beach town with its own unique culture and style. Nantipa is found 150 meters south of the main Plaza / School, in a property that spans from the main road to the beach, presenting 155 meters (approximately 450 feet) of beach line. The property is heavily forested and has direct access to two swimming spots – one with natural ocean pools that form in the low tide – and is within close walking distance to the best breaks and waves.

Nantipa offers 15 guest bungalows scattered in a 2.3-hectare property with 155 meters of beachfront. Most rooms feature full or partial ocean views, along with garden and pool views. Manzu is the beachfront restaurant, featuring Costa Rican authentic cuisine and spectacular views of the beach, ocean and sunset.
